We opened our business over twenty years ago, offering a carpet cleaning service and we quickly gained clients in the property management business. Our customers were happy with the quality of our service. After learning about the needs of our managers and their clients, we started to add multiple services. We have grown steadily with referrals and repeat customers. Once we have a client, we work hard to earn their trust and repeat business, leading to a very good customer retention rate.
 
Over the years we have learned much about the business and the needs of property managers. Most of our clients utilize several of the services we offer and many of them use all of our services. We do turn-over work and ongoing routine maintenance, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually. Most of our scheduled maintenance work is for gardening, grounds keeping, and common area cleaning. Our most common quarterly, twice yearly or annual accounts are for window cleaning, pressure washing, common area carpet cleaning and tile and grout cleaning. We generally try to schedule the routine maintenance outside of the busy turn period at the beginning of the month. This gives our schedule balance, allows us to provide year round steady employment for our employees and enables us to provide a consistent service to you.
 
We enjoy the busy turn period. Providing multiple services at this time of the month helps our managers save phone, text and email time. We get requests such as, “Can you clean the unit, as well as clean carpets and blinds. While you are there, can you pressure wash the decks and clean all window exteriors. I also noticed the tenants left a lot of garbage and a mattress at the property, can you please photograph it and haul it away.” Calling one vendor for all this is much easier and more efficient for property managers and real estate agents.
